The EWB Rubaya team is making strides towards being fully prepared for its assessment trip in January 2016 with an invitation from the Goodneighbors community and official technical approval from EWB-USA!
As part of EWB-USA's quality assurance program, every report gets reviewed by a designated full-time staff engineer at HQ in Colorado. Pre-travel reports must receive technical approval in order for volunteers to be permitted to travel on behalf of EWB. Two weeks after submitting the reports necessary for assessment trip travel, our designated EWB-USA engineer, Chris Brandwie, replied that our application received technical approval on November 30th. This approval allows the team to put its travel plans in motion and finalize air travel. He wrote: "Thanks for your high quality reporting. I am sure this will reflect the quality of your project." Great job team!
